Up to 2 pets allowed. Total weight limit: 100lbs. $350 one-time fee for 1st pet, $250 for 2nd pet = $600 total for 2 pets. $20 pet rent per pet/month.

At 1010 Dilworth, we truly love our residents pets and it shows. The apartments are perfectly laid out so that your pet can cuddle up with you while you work from home or frolic and play in the open-floorplan layout.
